 12.4.431: Right click context menu snafu |

I haven't quite worked out the details, but in SSMS if I right click and select the SQL Assistant menu and try and select something in that sub menu, a lot of the time the context menu vanishes / times out.
If I repeatedly try it, eventually the context menu sticks around and the vanishing problem ceases for a time.
It *SEEMS* like it happens more immediately after I've written a statement:

We haven't found a reason yet. How did you add the dark theme to SSMS? Did you edit ssms.pkgundef to enable Visual Studio dark mode, or installed some 3rd party add-on?

I'm wondering if the right click menu being interrupted has anything to do with the auto syntax check after writing a statement and you stop typing?
Turning off "Auto Syntax Check after ..." does seem to alleviate the issue.
