Licenses are perpetual. But perpetual for the versions licenced or under the maintenance. If your license is under maintenance, you can upgrade to any version. And if you need a license key for newer version, and your license maintenance is current, please contact support, and they will provide you with a new license key for the newer version. In case your license maintenance expired and you need and older licensed version, please contact them too and ask for a download link. They will need your current license key to track its version number.
