Its list seems to be not populated until the first execution of Parse code for syntax errors. After that, sometimes it shows the Regions in its list and sometimes it does not. Sometimes they vanish between two usages of the feature, other times they aren't there right after opening a file containing regions. I'm going to log this issue to have our developers look at it.
