SQL Assistant 12.2.383/SSMS 19

When opening a new tab window for the first time after launching SSMS 19:

I've unregistered and re-registered the addon for SSMS in SQL Assistant, but have not tried a re-install.

Update: I reinstalled and now get the message on SSMS launch, before even logging into an engine.

Also while intellisense works, executing SQL with SA does not:

Thank you. This is a known issue #SA0043539. Something has changed in the latest SSMS 19 Preview which is what causing it. We were going to have it fixed in 12.3, but now investigation if it can be done earlier, incrementally, if we can release a compatibility fix sooner.

Hi. Today we released version version 12.2.387 which provides updated add-on for SSMS 19 with compatibility changes for SSMS 19.0 release version, more specifically for 19.0.1. Please upgrade your SSMS to the latest version and then install 12.2.387.
