24x7 Scheduler version 6.2 released

We are very excited to announce that the latest maintenance version 6.2 is finally released and available for upgrades. 24x7 can now run in native fail-over clusters.

Here is what's new in 6.2:

1. New high availability features - the 24x7 Scheduler now supports active-passive clusters with "share nothing" cluster configurations and automatic fail-over to standby node(s) in case of a primary node becoming unavailable. Changes in job database, scheduler settings, job logs, external scripts, and other job artifacts get automatically replicated across cluster nodes. Changes in user-defined directories required for running jobs can be automatically replicated as well. Cluster nodes can be setup in the same or different data centers including cloud hosted environments; the replication uses data encryption to ensure secure data transfers between cluster nodes.

2. Multiple enhancements in the 24x7 Web-based management console.
