This might have happened in earlier versions too (though I don't recall so), but in beta, this sometimes clashes with the editor save function. It only saves the changes made to the data if the contents of the current editor tab are already saved, otherwise it saves the file first. If it is a new, unsaved tab (eg. SQLQuery1.sql) then it opens the save dialog for the editor contents instead, meaning that you cannot quickly change data from an unsaved tab.
