SA allows right-clicking and selecting Backup on a database other than the current one. The preset name suggests it will backup that right-clicked database but when the backup is actually started it can be seen that it is running the backup on the actual database and not on the selected one. I'm not sure if it is possible to restore a database to another from a backup, but if it is, restoring such a backup could lead to a disaster. Check this short video here.
