Post BUG: SQL Reference and CREATE DATABASE (MariaDB) Reply with quote
I've run into a minor error using the SQL Reference. It shows the following for CREATE SCHEMA (Mariadb). Both character set and collate can be used in a single CREATE SCHEMA statement, but to use SQL Reference to add them both, I have to click that comma highlighted in red. That will actually add a comma to the statement, but adding it there makes this a syntax error.

Thank you. According to https://mariadb.com/kb/en/create-database/ there is no comma in the syntax. I submitted a defect for this issue #SA0038501

I also verified the the graphical method for creating new schema generates valid SQL syntax.
Right-click any schema in Database Explorer -> Click the "New..." menu

Am I losing my mind? This is the second or third time I've seen SQL Assistant screenshots that look like it's running in MacOS.

Right. That's what it is. It's a Mac theme, not a screenshot from an iOS system.

But the actual theme selection is in a different place, it's target specific. The place you are pointing to is where you customize theme features if you don't like the predefined colors and fonts.

Please see below
