Sometimes it is shown after Shift+F5, sometimes it isn't. It should recognize tags (to do, todo, bug, hack) and display them besides errors and warning but it seems that if there are no warnings or errors, the Bar is not shown, regardless of any of the tags being present in the code or not. And even then the tags don't seem to make it on the Bar. #2 putting the -- [bookmark] type comments into the code does not create the bookmarks, neither upon loading a file nor when retrieving the code for a stored procedure nor when hitting Shift+F5.
