Mon Dec 11, 2017 12:49 pm SysOp Site Admin Joined: 26 Nov 2006 Posts: 7948 It's either a permissions issue or some process (antivirus? Indexing service?) is locking that file. Make sure you have read/write permissions for the folder in which the file is located.
