FR: search/filter for Options

SASE has travelled a long road since I began using it a decade ago. It got more and more sophisticated, and as a result, complicated. The vast number of options available for tweaking might frighten newcomers. Heck, sometimes even I can't find something quickly enough, despite watching and editing stuff in the SA - Options window on a daily basis. The dropdown Show options for might reduce the clutter but only slightly.

Have you considered about adding a filter/search (or better, the combination of both) input field to the SA - Options? One that could highlight/filter/scroll/jump to the items matching the search term(s)?

I know it's been a long time since our conversation about searching in options.. Version 11.2 is now available and it supports that feature.
