[9.2.349 Pro] - B: Formatting operators |

While formatting some of the operators that consists of multiple non-alphanumeric characters (such as &=, |=, ^=, >=, <=, !=, !>, !<) has been fixed and they're no longer set apart, there are still a few that are not handled properly, eg. the ones that PostgreSQL uses for ranges:
@>, @>, <@, <@, &&, <<, >>, &<, &>, -|-
Those are still disrupted.
