SA 9 works very slowly when SP search

If do this : ( I have a table named app_phone ) :

select * from pho.. ( now SA shows me app_phone - becuase I told it to search also in the middle of the word and not "starts with")

But I also have SP's ( some contains the word "phone")

And if i want to see an SP I do :

EXEC ph(NOW at the first or second word - SA freeeze for 11 seconds and then release)

How can I fix it ?
