Column selection checkbox not always showing

9.0.162 PRO on SQL 2014

This used to show checkboxes for columns. But doesn't anymore. Insert INTO does.

	DECLARE @t TABLE (ID int) INSERT dbo.Audit SELECT

The table variable shows columns, but not checkboxes. Sometimes the tables don't either, but that isn't consistent.

Note, that if the checkboxes don't show, the check all and uncheck all menu items are also disabled.

I'm playing with version 9.0.174 build which is not yet publicly released and I'm unable to reproduce this issue. We expect a new stable build to be publicly released sometime this week.
