Is Data Compare able to sync the compared objects or to generate sync script between source and target?

Not yet. we do have it in the road map for v8 with "unconfirmed" status because of many potential issues with data synchronization. I't also linked to the new Data Transfer tool in v7.3, which we later plan on enhancing to support copying "delta" data only, which would sort of eclipse the data synchronization function.

The data transfer tool is already in the beta, but the incremental "delta" option isn't there in 7.3. In case it's acceptable to reload data in the target table, you can use it with "truncate" option. Please be aware of foreign keys and triggers effects if you have them in the target table. You may want to disable them before you run the data transfer.
