But I want to offset the times so it runs at 0:01, 0:16, 0:31, 0:46. Same if I want to run the job every hour... it always runs on the hour. Set the start time at 00:01 with 15 minutes recurring interval. Or Daily schedule, choose all days, 00:01 as start time and then in the Repeat box, key all other times you want the same job to run.
