Post Java (TM) Platform SE Binary problem? Reply with quote
Dear Support Team,

our scheduler has sometimes problems and dont react anymore. Last possibility is to kill the program via TaskManager.
While killing the error message "Java (TM) Platform SE Binary reacts no more" appears.

We are using the new 5.2. version but had the same problem in 5.1. too.

Whats the best way to analyse the reason?
(could'nt find an entry in debug.log)

By the way. Does a "known bugs/problems list" exist?

Best regards,
Dominik

the best plan is to enable tracing option in the settings. If you see an obvious problem, please check debug.log file for exceptions and other diagnostic messages written to the log. This diagnostic log typically provides a wealth of useful info.

If you see an exception, but don't know what it means, please post it here in the forum and we will help you to "decipher" it.

Also, it is recommended to review schedule.log carefully for any "unexpected" or suspicious job activities, hung up jobs and so on...
