Upgrade to 24x7 Scheduler Multi-platform Edition v5 |

Hi,
we are actually using Automation Suite with 24 X 7 Scheduler 3.4.31.
Is there a need to buy a new license for upgrading to version 24x7 Scheduler Multi-platform Edition v5 ?
We bought a site license for Automation Suite 3.4

Hi,
It depends on whether you have the support and maintenance option for your licenses. If you do and its current, then all minor and major upgrades are free to you. In this case, just contact our support and request a new license keys for your free upgrade. If you don't or if the maintenance already expired and hasn't been renewed on time,. then all upgrades are not free. If you choose to upgrade, you can go directly from 3.4 to 5.1. An upgrade license is 50% of the full license cost. In this case do not purchase a new license, purchase an upgrade. for the existing license.
