Error Message in 24x7 Scheduler

I am Trying to run a BAT file from Windows Server 2003 using the 24x7 Scheduler, Web console. it gives the following error message:-

Remote Job failed. Job completed with exit code 1385

Does your BAT file run? What do you see in the scheduler job log related to that job run run?
Is the job setup to check the process exit code? If yes, is 1385 exit code accepted as a successful exit code?

Yes the BAT file runs if I run it manually. The Job is set to check for exit code 0. Following is the scheduler.log details :-

You should find out why your batch file returns exit code 1385. Make the job capture job output. Review the output file on the agent system and figure out which command within the batch file fails to run.
