Can I use the Rocket SVN repository with the source control features of SA? On the client side I'm currently using Tortoise SVN. I have discovered that the Rocket SVN repository will only work with versions of Tortoise SVN through 1.7. Using anything newer I can't connect to the repository.
Does using source code control enable me to create change or update scripts from the repository?

I don't think it matters which SVN UI tool you use. You still need to ha SVN native command line tools installed, which SQL Assistant uses behind the scenes to work with SVN repository server.
