JobRun in Version 5.0

We have upgrade to 24x7 scheduler multi-platform edition version 5.0 and we have encountered the following error when using JobRun JAL script function:

An error occurred while executing automation script Line 1: File not found.

JAL script:
JOB 1

	Code:
	Messagebox "Testing"

JOB 2

	Code:
	JOBRUN "JOB 1"

The above script is work fine in version 3.4.
Please help and advice, thanks!!

Instead of job name, try using job ID. Does it make a difference?
Which specific build from 5.0 version are you running?

The result of using job ID is completely the same.
We are using Version 5.0 build 385 and the JVM version is 1.6.0_29-b11.
