In win7x64 and SSMS 2012 (x32) does not work. Error 80040154. I had to edit handles all of the registers in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Classes \ SqlAssist.SmsAddin10 and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ Wow6432Node \ CLSID \ {754 073-xxx And more... When installation program's prescribed the wrong values of registers. Checked Microsoft Process Monitor. Please, correct.
