 Can not Register SQLAssist |

SQL Assist will accept my registration, but when I close it and restart it, it says the trial has expired.
Please advise.

If you are on Win7/Vista, the things SA writes to registry are rolled back when you exit the program. You should run it as administrator at the time you want to register.
