When it is displayed on your screen, right-click it and choose Filter... command from the context menu (or choose View/Filter from the top-menu). Specify filter condition and logical expressions as required. Another solution is creating custom reports (Report/User-defined Reports menu) and specifying custom report-time filters for the database.
