How easy it would be to deploy on client side? I believe the license cost is the same for both. To run automated reports and/or alerts, you would need to obtain DB Audit Alert Center which is a separate component. It sounds like your case is special as you are going to deploy them on a client side; it is a sort of license packaging or redistribution.
