There is no such version 9.2 for DB2 UDB for Windows. Please check you are not confusing your DB2 client version and your DB2 server version,
Please run db2level command on your DB2 server to find out the actual version and fix pack level.

DB2 8.1.15 is our current Production version. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi,
We checked several versions of DB Audit. None of them are using APPLICATION_ID function for the system auditing. This function is only used for the data-change auditing and only in case the DB2 server version is supposed to support that function.
Where exactly do you get this error?
By the way, here is what we found out about APPLICATION() function availability in DB2 8.1. Please see IBM's document "Need to run db2updv8 if UDFs GET_DBM_CONFIG and APPLICATION_ID are not defined" which should help you to resolve the issue http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=71&uid=swg21221547

I get this error in Set Data Audit Options when I set any Table to be Auditted and click Proceed. I displays immediately on clicking PROCEED.

Thanks. So that is not a system auditing method as you indicated in the previous post, it is a data-change auditing method. Please follow instructions provided in the referenced IBM document to get your database server patched. This should resolve the issue.
