Unable to create object |
|
I am getting the following error "Unable to create object" when attempting to log into 24x7 Automation Suite (Windows Platform) using the ASP Web Interface on 64bit Windows 2003 Server. Any suggestion? I believe this may be related to DLL registration failing but am not positive.

Please check you are running 32-bit version of IIS. I think, if the version is 64-bit, it won't be able to create and run 32-bit COM components (24x7 COM interface used by the ASP console internally). Just in case, there is no 64-bit COM interface available.
