 Odd weird date in long |

Hi, every month or two 24x7 will write a strange entry to the scheduler log file. I haven't been able to find a pattern to this, but it upsets my job which reads the log to keep track of jobs run.
Note the entry for July in the middle of this group:

Do you know if the weird date value is always in future?

So far we haven't made much progress in figuring out the cause of this bug. A tracking issue has been created in our internal bug tracking system. Issue #24x7-10751
