I am using - SQL Assistant ver 4.8.29 - SQL Server 2008 Management Studio Express + SP1 - VS 2008 Team Systems + SP1 - Win XP SP3 Sat Mar 06, 2010 8:17 am SysOp Site Admin Joined: 26 Nov 2006 Posts: 7907 Please search your system for copies of Extensibility.dll and EnvDTE.dll. You may multiple versions and depending on which dev. tool you start first, different versions are loaded. SQL Assistant add-ons for SSMS and for VS depend on these 2 dlls and some other Microsoft files that come with SSMS and VS. I suspect that there might be an issue with loading different versions from different folders. If you can figure out the exact sequence of events leading to this message, it would be much easier to figure out how to resolve it.
