2. Is there a way to catch who ran/modified/viewed the jobs - sort of Audit..

Hi,

1. There are 4 predefined user groups with predefined set of permissions. You can assign users to different groups, but you cannot add or delete groups.
2. Yes, the scheduler always says 'last modified' info in the job properties. if you want to implement full auditing, you can extend web-based management console and add your own logic to it. This process is not documented, but any web developer can easily figured out which pages to modify and to add additional code for auditing or other business-logic purposes.

Thanks, but I cannot find the 'last modified' info in the job properties.. I attached the image of my Properties tab:

Please point out where I can exactly find it out. I just want to extract the 'last modified', 'last ran' info of the job and send those in the mails.
Please help me to be able to do those.
Thank you.

In the MP Edition, the GUI doesn't display date time of the last change and name of the user who changed the job. But this data is available and stored internally in the job database file along with other job properties.

If you need to display that info on screen as well as capture and display names of people who created/modified/ran jobs, you will need to modify couple of pages in the web interface and make them save this data in some file or database or log to the regular job log. If you need help with that, our consulting services can help. Please email to salesATsofttreetech.com and describe your situation.
