Whenever I change the "Show Keys and Indexed Columns" from No to Yes, the system automatically changes it back to No. Why? How is it changed to Yes? I guess you are running Vista or Windows 7 workstation and not starting SQL Assistant software in "admin" mode. As a result Vista/7 virtualizes your settings and after each change reverts them back automatically without any errors. The solution is to restart SQL Assistant using Run As Administrator mode (a.k.a "admin" mode).
