How to remove \ delete email after the job is done |
|
Dear Support,
I am using email trigger to run a job. Once the email is read, is there any way / command I can delete / remove it from the Outlook? Many thanks!
Lo

Hi Lo,
There is no command or built-in option for deleting emails. However, you can enable AutoArchive options in Outlook to set email archival and retention policy. For example, you can set a policy to automatically move "old" emails to a separate file or just silently delete them. You can set the AutoArchive to run as often as you want and you can define the term "old" for example as 1 day.
Hope this works for you.
