Feature request: don't send message until all retries failed

Hi guys,

I'd like to make a feature request:

On some of our jobs we have 'Restart this job if it fails' selected, with 300 seconds and 1 retry. The accompanying text on that screen says the job will only be considered as failed after all tries have failed.

So far so good.

But on the Notification and Actions screen we have Send e-mail message on Job Error selected. I receive an e-mail for every failure of the job: I would expect to receive the e-mail only after all retries of the job have failed.
