Invoice for the SQL Asistant

I have ordered SQL Assistant through internet and I have no invoice, we could only print some document (call printable order). But it is not a real invoice, a lot of mandatory information is missing.
Do you have similar experience or you have advice for me ?

The company doesn't reply to emails sent to sales@... and they switched their phone to fax.

It seems they may make interesting tools, but they know nothing about accountancy etc.

I'm really sorry to hear that.

As far as I know a printable invoice is provided at the time of the purchase. The invoice is generated dynamically by the store and we have no copy of it. On the other hand, if a purchase was made with an account, you can always login to your account and print invoices for past orders.

The problem is that I wasn't logged when I was going through the order wizzards (but web allows it - place order without account).
I am missing Company registration data that are normally on the invoice.

Please could you contact the right people for giving me the data ?
