Job not found in active job pool |
|
Hi,
I had an issue where a job did not kick off today.
Reviewing the log, I saw the following:
5-Sep-2009 02:28:12 AM 2 7xScmRht5hhVbDPyGb3xspoWOaY= 569 040_run_step1b Remote job started.
5-Sep-2009 02:28:12 AM 2 7xScmRht5hhVbDPyGb3xspoWOaY= 569 040_run_step1b Agent "testkal1" contacted.
5-Sep-2009 02:29:49 AM 2 7xScmRht5hhVbDPyGb3xspoWOaY= 569 040_run_step1b Remote job finished.
5-Sep-2009 02:29:49 AM 1 7xScmRht5hhVbDPyGb3xspoWOaY= 569 040_run_step1b Job 573 not found in the active job pool.
What's strange is that it ran the job and then said it was not in the active job pool.
I had a notification to run another job and that job did not get kicked off
Any ideas why?

As far as I understand, you got job A that is supposed to kick job B, but job B is currently disabled, and as a result, job A cannot start job B.

But Job B was not disabled. So I'm not sure why the log was saying this.

Maybe the icon is not reflecting job state correctly. Please check the job log for job B for messages containing text like 'job has been disabled'
