 FTP upload gives error meassage trying to connect to FTP srv |

I get an error message when trying to connect to a FTP server.
An error occurred while executing automatic script. Could not connect to server. Service not available. Extended error code: 4
I'am a new user to 24x7.

"Could not connect to server. Service not available" means that the specified FTP server/service is not reachable. Either the FTP server is not running, or the 24x7.exe process is not allowed to connect to it, could be a firewall issue.

I can use other FTP program for transfer of files, or manuelly do the FTP commands in DOS.

Then you are likely dealing with a firewall or program-based Internet access restriction issue.
1. Can you access that FTP server from Internet Explorer?
2. Do you run any local anti-virus software featuring program-level Internet access control?

FTP root at 195.111.22.33
