What is the backout procedure if it doesn't work? Is it just reinstall the old version? I am currently on 3.4.20. To upgrade with a backup option, simple backup all files from the 24x7 home directory. In case you want to rollback the installation and revert to the current version, just restore these files overwriting the new stuff.
