24x7 COM Interface Reference evaluation period has expired

We are using the 24x7 Automation Suite 3.4.27 with a Site license. Since a few days we are unable to use the Webinterface because it tells me that the evaluation period is expired.
I can't find any option to install a license for the 24x7 COM Interface nor did I received a separate license for the 24x7 COM Interface.

Can you please help me ?

Hi,

You just need to enter the license key into the registry on the web server computer. To enter the key, you can either rerun the setup program and when prompted type the license key or you can enter it directly into the registry without rerunning the setup. In the last case using the registry editor update the following 2 values

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\3.0\Serial value
and/or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\4.0\RC_COM\Serial value

Both values are regular string values
