I would prefer to not see options for other platforms. My suggestion is that when platforms are deslected or deleted from the Options; Targets tab, the associated options for such platforms not appear in the other tabs. For example, T-SQL code snippets are shared among SQL Server and Sybase. There are many other cases. If you simply want to delete some targets, either uncheck them or delete them from the Targets page.
