DB Audit - User Activity |
|
When I click on the User Activity button and the User Activity Explorer appears, I select a user and the following error comes up:
"A database problem occurred while your request was being processed. Here are the details:
170 Select error: Line 8: Incorrect syntax near '128'. "
I'm new at this so please let me know what I need to do to fix or get around this.
Thanks.

Please provide more information about your back-end system Database type and version; DB Audit version and whether system-level auditing has been installed and if yes; which event types (e.g. operations) are captured.

Thanks. This appears to be a known issue. I will try to locate a patch for it and email you a link or file.

I found out 2 available options:
1. Roll back to release 3.1
2. Wait for 4.0
I don't think that going back to 3.1 makes much sense because of one particular feature.
Note that version 40 is currently available as a beta with an estimated release date set for second week of November. If you would like to play with 4.0 before it becomes publicly available, please send an email request to support account. We will provide you with a download link for the latest build.
