 Remote Agent error |

We just installed the Remote agent software on a new Linux server. When we tested the connection, we got this error:
“Connection to remote host failed. Master and agent have the same license number”.
Can you tell us what we did wrong?

Make sure you use different license keys for different installations. If you have a site license, then please use the site license number. If you are not sure what kind of license you got, please check the Help/About box and verify if displays word SITE next to the product name.

We bought 1 Site Installation License and use the site license number in the 'Master' and remote server. I did the Help/About thing and could not find the word SITE next to the product name (but we found SL01 as part of the License key).
