24x7 on IIS Web server |

We installed the Remote Agent software on a Windows server. From this server, we log into the 24x7 Scheduler running on a IIS Web server. We do not have problems connecting to the server BUT when we review the Job log on the PC running the Remote agent, the application freezes. We also noticed the memory usage on the Web server jumps up to more than 1.5 Mb, the CPU utilization on the server goes to 100% and the 24x7 stops running on the Web server as well.
Can you help us solve this problem? What can we do different?

1. Delete schedule.log file from the scheduler computer.
2. If #1 doesn't help, please enable the tracing option, logon to new web console and then try to open the Log View. Check what you get in the debug.log. If you don't see any obvious error messages in that file please send the entire file to support.
