Daylight Saving Time (DST) |
|
We are running the GUI Multi-platform Java Edition (version 4.0 Build 215) on a Solaris machine. The server has been patched to reflect the DST but the application is still one hour behind. Do we need to patch the application or change settings to reflect the 'correct' time?
Thanks for the help.

24x7 relies on the system time for all DST calculations. What you need to do now is to restart the scheduler so it can pick the new time. Also you may need to patch your old JDK or JRE which you use to run the scheduler. A patch is available from Sun Microsystems. Please see http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/Intl/USDST/
