You can use 1 of the following methods:
Method 1.
Use Tools/Job Database Manager menu in 24x7 (preferable to do it on production box)
On the Job Database Manager dialog open the production DAT file on one side of the screen, on the other side open DAT file copied from development.
Select the new job(s) or folder and use ">" or "<" button to copy it to the other side/file. Save changes and you are done.
Method 2.
In development configure a Remote Agent profile (Tools/Remote Agents menu) for the production server. Test it make sure you can make a remote connection. The production scheduler must be running in the servver mode (Distributed Network Server Enabled option must be checked in Options).
Create a job in development to remotelly copy the new job. Use RemoteCopyJob command. You can find the complete example in the on-line help.
