Does SoftTree have a timeframe as to when they will stop supporting 24x7 Scheduler 3.4?

There is no known time. Look at this, official support for version 2 stopped approximatelly 2 years after version 3 release. Full version 4 of the automation suite is not yet released. This may give you some idea.
