When I execute a job in test mode or scheduled time I get a error dialog box the reads
"the system cannot find the file specified". I have to click OK or my job just hangs. The job is supposed to run on Sundays and there is nobody around to click OK so again the job just hangs.
Any solutions to this problem?

The test mode is used to run jobs in foreground and to display error messages as popups on the screen. The solution: If you don't like it, don't run jobs in test mode, use only normal or scheduled mode.

If you always get that message then it must come from somewhere else. Perhaps you run a batch file or a program that creates that message. In that case fix the root cause and ensure that program can find the required file.

I get the message everytime I reboot and run the job. If I run another job after the dialog or scheduled a job it runs with no problems. At the moment I have to run a job every Friday before I go home so the error dialog doesn't come up when a job is running on Sunday.

Are you saying that the message appears only when the job is run first time after rebooting?
Please provide as much details as possible about that job so we can understand what is going on.
