Not sure which product you refer to. Here are some pointers.
24x7 Event Server and 24x7 Scheduler for Windows: currently English versions available only. Translation not currently supported.
24x7 Scheduler Multi-platform Edition comes in English but supports translations. All text messages are in a single text file. Virtually anyone can translate it to any language.
