We just ordered our production environment and needed 64-bit std
due to our RAM need. Is there any documentation
testing 24x7 Automation Suite on Windows Server 2003 with
64-bit technology?

Not to my knowledge.

PS. It should run fine just as any other 32-bit Windows software designed to use Windows hardware abstraction layer. E.g. it is not implementing or calling any kernel mode drivers and other lower-level hardware stuff.
