All,

Here is what I have. 24X7 is using the command:

SyncLocalDir( "d:\\departments\\documents", "\\\x:\\departments\\documents", TRUE, FALSE, TRUE, TRUE )

the source dir has 3,000+ files and about 200 are added daily.
We perge the older files at a regular intervals to keep file count and folder size down.
The desination file has 141GB of data in 33,000+ files.
They are all multi page TIFF's.

The 24x7 program finctions fine for all other exicuting jobs. This one about, 4 days ago, stated to just run and never end.
Normal exicution was only taking 2-4 hours.
I let it run last time for 48 hours and it still didn't complete.

Have we hit a limit to the function of this command?
Is 24x7 having trouble scanning the destination with the amount of data we have accumulated?

The limit is 32,765 files (32K) per sub directory if you have more, split this command into pices by directory.

Also take a look at sync.log file to see where the process gets stuck.
