When the task completes, i am looking to send an email. it prompts me. this is an XP machine with office xp.\
ideas?

Change email send method in Tools/Options menu, General tab from "send by Name" to "Send by Address" or vs. versa. Even better solution is to choose SMTP email interface instead of MAPI.
